Mobile networks In Aus

So I’m looking changing my current mobile phone operator (Optus $50pm) because of their sneaky way of secretly increasing the cost of my monthly plan.

Have been looking into the other smaller carriers that suit my budget, GB and calls/txts. But one thing they don’t tell you about is how much coverage you get with them.

Husband and I do a lot of camping, so network when we go out rural is a must for me.

I’d like to know what experiences readers have had with the smaller telcos. The good and the bad. How is the service/price? Are you still with? Or why you refuse to go back.
