Phonak P50’s reprogram UK

Hi all, do you know where I can go to get some secondhand hearing aids reprogrammed? I phoned where the original person bought it from (boots) but they said they won’t do it if the hearing aids are older than 2 years- which they are. Does anyone have experience? Thanks
