Bug I encountered

I'm not exactly sure what to label this post .I'm going for all the pranks currently and I've done everything in acts 1 and 2 and prelude except heresy one, so everything is p ranked except for 6-1(a d rank). And if it's important all of act 3 that's released (also all d rank) ,and for p-1 I got an A. All my levels I can run fine, including p-1,except for the ones I have d-ranked.My d ranked levels are all glitched and don't allow me to enter the level.I was just wondering if anyone has the same problem and if so if they fixed it.Encores also don't load but I haven't beaten any. Thanks for anyone that answers🙏🏻I don't want to have to redo my playthrough
