I need help😭

Hi! So ever since I got my cat, Nivah (1.5yr) she has been screaming meowing whenever I’m laying down. Context is, I work at night and my fiancé works during the day. When I’m trying to sleep during the day she will scream and scream. Even if he’s home also. She used to only do it when she didn’t see anyone or if someone left. Recently it’s gotten to the point where even if I’m off and sleeping at night in bed with my fiancé, she will meow and meow for hours on end. She has a 1 kitty sister and 1 doggy sister. They all get along very well and are together all the time. Whenever she would meow, I’d get up and feed her, play with her, put her on the bed with me, and she will jump down, run under the bed and start meowing. It’s not until I go into the living room and sit down for her to stop. I’m actually starting to lose my mind, and lots of sleep. I’ve been to the vet and she’s happy and healthy, this has been the only thing that we have had a problem with. I’m considering anxiety chews or something finally. Has anyone else been through this and have any advice? She’s truly an angel baby otherwise and I love her SO much. Thank you😅
