[TOMT][Movie][Horror?] Creepy low-budget short film with balloon, mall, train, cave, red-eyed demon.

When I was about 3 years old (around 2013) my kindergarten accidentally showed us a short live-action film they thought was “the story of the seven balloons” (like the classic Israeli kids’ book).

But it turned out to be a terrifying horror-like short film.

Here’s what I remember:

• It was definitely live-action, very low-budget, filmed in a real mall.
• Two men were chasing a balloon through a mall.
• I clearly remember a scene where they chased the balloon down an escalator inside the mall.
• The balloon floated into a cave-like area (maybe it looked like a water reservoir at first) and they ended up boarding a train that entered this cave.
• The train stopped inside the cave. There was red smoke.
• A demon or clown with glowing red eyes “woke up” inside the cave.
• The demon didn’t chase them — instead, the men walked toward it, one by one, as if drawn to it.
• I think the demon killed them or it was implied.
• The film was quite short, maybe under 10 minutes.
• It was on a DVD that my kindergarten played by mistake. They stopped it partway through because it was too disturbing.
• The teachers thought it was something innocent called “Seven Balloons” — like the well-known kids’ story about colorful balloons popping — but it obviously wasn’t.

It wasn’t animated. There might have been little or no dialogue — I don’t remember any spoken lines.

Does anyone know what this could be?
Any help would be amazing — it’s haunted me for years!
