A private letter to Axis leaders.

From Grand Commodore Paul Chanko To: His Regal Majesty King Perreis, Console Leventis, Her Imperial Majesty Queen Alde

Dear Axis leaders.

Twice your forces have entered the Northern Perlemein Region without coordinating, consulting, or collaborating with the United Tion.

Please remember this the next time our fleets have to traverse to the core.

Signed: Grand Commodore Lord Paul Chanko of Tion.
