Apartments that won’t care if someone isn’t on the lease?

Some of you might have seen my other post about my boyfriend who has a potential rental debt in his report. Im still trying to find a place but im running out of time. If anyone has apartments that WONT care if he isn't on the lease (meaning I just lease in my name since I have good credit) or if anyone knows of a private landlord who would help us, please let me know. Budget is around $900~ preferred, I have a cat. Thank you all 💜
