Fish collections (broken?)

So im level 72, only freshwater map missing is Congo River but im taking my time through the maps. Im only missing like 4 or 5 fishes ( uniques) from South America only. The problem is that my mission log still mentions that im missing the following fish (and i already fished all the sizes in those maps). Would be this be a bug?
