Hair Growth advice needed

I (16 mtf) socially transitioned a few months ago and I haven't made any changes to my physical appearance yet, but one thing I want to start doing is growing out my hair so it's long by the time I start HRT. I know hair growth is different for men than women, but are there any helpful tips or products I could use to aid longer growth as a trans MTF?
