Beats Studio pro vs Sony 1000XM5?

Hello I currently have the Beats Studio pro and was wondering if it would be better to sell them (for around £90-100) and buy a CeX pair for £175. Would the £75/$100 extra payment be worth it for older headphones? These are my daily runners and interested in better Dolby headphones not sure how better the Sonys woukd be for the extra money.
