PGWP implied status and effective SP

Hi!

My current SP is ending on August. I’ve applied for a new SP and because the program I’ll start on September doesn’t make me eligible for a PGWP, I’ll apply for a PGWP before my current SP’s expiry.

Will I be able to work full time at the start of the academic year if my PGWP application is pending and my new SP is effective?
