Not had a working oven or washing machine since I moved in 3 weeks ago.

I've had this on going issue with this flat I moved into last month, the whole kitchen has some major electrical issues that was not discovered until I had moved in (the property was apparently empty for 9 months), there has been a mass of issues that had been addressed and fixed but I am still without a washing machine and working oven.

The agency is basically silent on this issue, there was supposed to be an electrician around this week to fix the issue but when they turned up they had no idea that this was an on going issue and had not been informed of anything, they had to leave within minutes of arriving because they couldnt do anything. Agency has not responded to anything since

This is honestly a safety hazard now too, The kitchens switchboard to turn the oven/washingmachine/fridge/water heater is just hanging off the wall with wires exposed. The fridge is supposed to be a built in fridge but they took it out so it wasnt on the same circuit so I could actually use it, but every time I open it it falls forward and I barely have the strength to stop it toppling over every time.

I'm completely past my limit now with all this. I have no clean clothes, left as of today, I just want to be able to cook a proper meal.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to get this sorted quicker? any kind of compensation? It fucking hurts paying £800 in rent and not being able to even wash my clothes or cook a damn meal. Every time I call them they say that it is not an emergency situation because I can order meals in or wash clothes at a friends house...
