David Goggins

Mr Goggins famously used to "go to the club" and after it closed late at night (3 AM) he would run home, fantastic stuff, however it isn't that big of a deal of you ask me! I too used to go out until the places would close and I too used to run home, 5 miles there, 5 miles back. It's nothing to do with being a Navy seal which the narrative of Goggins entire existence revolves around but discipline. It's very very VERY easy to do if you just keep telling yourself "I got this"
