does chitkara faculty help with transferring even if you didn't go for dual degree?

hi! I'm a fresher who will be joining this year as a btech cse (ai ml) student. I didn't go for the 2+2 program because my parents didn't agree but I might still try to transfer to some university abroad, has anyone gone through with that process? will the faculty co-operate with you for LORs, transferring credits and other documents one might require to successfully transfer to a uni abroad?

the transfer acceptance rate for international students is already extremely low so it's a long shot anyway but was wondering if it is even realistic to target this
