IEMS for fps games?

Hello, after some digging around I struggle to find some tips or recommendations for IEMS for fps games.

I mostly play CS2, and other fps games. I do play casual games too, so ideally I’m looking for some IEMS that works well for competitive games and also works fine with chill games and music.

I’ve tried Moondrop Aria, and I’m currently using Truthear Zero Red.

I’ve been looking at the Moondrop Rays, which supposedly is great for fps games, but I’d love to hear some more inputs.

Any recommendations are welcome, but my budget is I’d say around 150€/175$.
