Any thoughts on soak time?

Hi.

It's that time of year again!

The default soak time appears to be 10s and I've used that for most extractions so far (3 years) but wonder if a longer soak extracts more, or whether it pulls out more chlorofil etc.

I've done a couple of runs at 30s and the only difference seems to be that the alcohol turns green sooner. What do others use? (If there's anyone still here).

Thanks in advance - I'm about to run it at 20s but there's enough trim for another 6, so any thoughts would be much appreciated.
