VANGUARD BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION

Hi, I just received JO from company na Vanguard ang bgc, I have 2 employer na di ko dinisclose sa interview and resume since isa is AWOL then isa is walang COE, now may need ako fill outan na form for the contract creation aside sa form mismo for bgc. Can I just write the other undisclosed employers ko sa form for bgc or better to include this sa other form for contract creation too? I'm so confused what to do and I only have one day left para esubmit ang form. You think ground for termination na rin ako nito during training? Need your help guys please huhu
