ps5 one handed

Hello! I had an ischemia in my dominant right arm, my hand is currently unusable, how can I play destiny 2 on ps5? I saw that Akaki makes accessories for the dualshock, would I be able to play destiny with them? Any suggestion? Thanks a lot 😮‍💨 im a lot depressed that i cant even draw anymore
