Adding mod led to the most annoying notification being activiated everytime!!!!

I tried adding mod now it ask me to use crimson tear everytime I use or get off torrent

I installed a mod where we get smithing stones in merchant, then I installed mod engine 2 and then replaced the regulatoin.bin of the mod inside the mod folder.

It worked but I get message to weather to use crimson tear to ride or get off torrent. The crimson tear isn't used but still I'm getting that message everytime I use the horse.

What may be wrong and how to fix it?

I hate it even when normally but now I have to press okay everytime I get on or off torrent. I removed the mod too now and reinstalled the game but still that's there. Also those somber stones are still in that merchant even when removing all the mod files.

What should I do?
