How to make body hair stop?

This is my first Reddit post, so I hope I do it right.

I am F(early twenties) and I have an extreme problem with my body hair.

Not matter what i do, waxing, shaving, cream, sugaring or even use laser, my hair grows immediately back. I tried anything but less than a day you can already see the hair again.

Another problem is that when I shave, sugar or use cream, Red points appear all over some places (private and tights) and it looks awful. It also will stay for a long time.

I want to not have hair, I really like to have smooth skin, but I am going insane because what use is it to shave at night and then in the morning it's back?
