apple account - unknown errors

ive spoken to contact supports about this, but there were still little to no solutions. i do have to wait 24 hours before they call me to check in.

however, i'd like to know if anyone has ever solved this problem instead of waiting a full 24-hour. for context, i am relatively new to apple. i've been on android for almost all my life, but i did get chances to touch an apple device from time to time. so i knew how to system worked partially.

not 'til this apple account troubleshoot problem came up. i had just recently received an iphone. setting it up was okay. it was smooth. then i realized my currently primary email address isn't the primary address i used on all my android devices—trust me, it is super, super, pathetically important. i don't even remember how it happened. it must be a mistake on my end. the solution was simple: switch it.

boy, was i wrong. all i could get is 'unknown errors,' 'failed to verify identity,' on BOTH website and settings. it was a phone code issue. it wouldn't verify no matter what. i don't understand why. has anyone solved this?
