Does anyone feels like they're losing interest in everything and would rather just be at home, doing nothing?

Question

I used to be the goal-getter of the club. Since I was in high school, I have built lists of goals..things I want to achieve and keep tracking them to the extent that I set myself a goal that within 5 years, I should've accomplished it. I was able to make them until things went down south and I have to start from scratch. I did set-up another 5 year goal but it seems like half-way of doing it, i'm getting tired. I feel like I've done this goal before, now I am doing it again. and I am tired of keeping myself in the loop. Like, is there anything new to try? For example, I feel guilty of not getting in shape but exercising has been my goal for YEARS and until now, I didnt achieve my desire body. It comes to worst to the extent i dont find myself interesting anymore as nothing will interest me.

Have you had this feeling before? if so, how did you cope up and got out of this bubble?
