Medstudent cant take it anymore

Ive failed two exams and my family hates me for it. I cant bring myself to study anymore, i have a chance to retake them but its practically impossible to learn so much in that little time. I dont look good, im not doing any sports anymore, i dont have anyone. Ive never had a real girlfriend. I dont see any hope for my life anymore. I just want to die. I cant get the picture out of my head of how im slicing my artery. Ive been in my room rotting for a few days now, havent seen any light. Im hopeless. Ill try to take the exams on tuesday and Wednesdays, maybe by any chance i pass but if not then its wraps, I'll kill myself
