No news on Plasticana order

Hey guys, one month ago I ordered the Plasticana Garden Clog via the website (to Germany) but besides the order confirmation I have not received any further information on my order. Sent two inquiries also via the website but no answer. Any similar experiences or advice on how to proceed? Many thanks in advance!
