HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got CSE(AI and ML) at Category-2. But I was not able to pay the initial fee within deadline. What should I do can I ask them extension to pay the full fee via mail or someting. As the classes are starting only at September. I am eligible for joining and completely clear in criteria. only problem is I am not able to transfer the amount (some problem) and I want some more time. So can you guys can help me
