Tips needed
Hi! I’m 32 and I just recently was diagnosed with PCOS after going to the doctor for 8 years on and off saying something wasn’t right with my cycle/body. Since being diagnosed it’s like this huge weight has been lifted off my shoulder, so many things make sense now with my body and mental health.
That being said I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with where to start. I’ve got a good amount of weight to lose but I struggle with my depression. I see sooooo many lifestyle changes that I should/want to make but right now I feel like I don’t know where to start. I guess I’m just looking for advice on simple first steps/habit changes. I’ve joined a gym to implement weight training. I’m already gluten free (celiac). I’ve been taking magnesium, zinc, vitamin D and iron. I have berberine but I’ve been really bad at remembering to take it. I also am very bad at remembering to eat which I think is making my case worse lol. Anyway, any beginner PCOS tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much in advance!!!
