Dad came to collect daughter today and was on cocaine. It’s the first time I’ve noticed this has happened but obviously it’s not something I thought I had to worry about. Is this grounds for a lawyer or will they say one off equal rights keep an eye if it happens again because this seems to happen with everything. My daughter is 5 months old
