Angwatt F1 Squeaking sounds

Hi everyone,

Recently bought the Angwatt F1 New from bangood for my wife, for about 430€.
Been enjoying it, and it seems it provides a bang for your bucks
I've encountered some small problems, like the front brake cable management not being proper and when the wheel turned full right it triggered, but fixed with some tips from internet videos and some common sense.

The main problem that concerned me is some squeaking sounds when riding or moving the steering wheel back and forth.

I contacted the manufacturer and i received a video with instructions which worked at first but now the problem persists and the solution does not seem to work anymore.

Manufacturer suggested tightening a single bolt underneath the scooter, but this bolt now seems to be turning and turning with no tightening in sight, also the folding mechanism/lock seems to be very easy to turn (which i believe shouldn't be the case?)
