Frustration with gun laws after moving here

The waiting period is unconstitutional. I am waiting on my CCW to bypass this bullshit. I bought a gun online at Academy and waited three days only for them to claim that even though the law says the waiting period starts after the purchase, their policy says that its starts after I fill out the 4473.

I though florida was supposed to be conservative? Why are the gun laws so liberal?
