Has anyone noticed issues with Trademate Sports since their odds provider went down last week?

I’m currently subscribed to Trademate’s most expensive plan (€800/month), and I’ve been using it pretty seriously. However, ever since their odds provider had an outage about a week ago, the quality and type of bets offered has drastically changed.

Since then, I’ve been getting only over/under bets — no more 1X2 markets (team A win / draw / team B win), no Asian handicaps, no niche value markets. Just over/unders — and some of them look extremely suspicious. For example, Over 5.5 goals @ 2.00 odds in matches where that's clearly a low-probability outcome. These bets do not look like +EV at all.

I've stopped staking money and am now just tracking everything to see what’s going on. Maybe it’s the quiet period in sports due to the summer break, but the change was immediate after their odds feed issue — and that’s too much of a coincidence to ignore.

What’s also frustrating is how difficult it is to get in touch with their team. Despite advertising that they “work with high volume bettors and can help tailor the service,” when you reach out and explain your situation, they immediately decline or ignore you. I’ve tried multiple times — no flexibility, no custom help, and barely any useful feedback.

So I’m really wondering:

• Is anyone else seeing this same drop in bet quality and variety?
• Did they change something in their feed/model permanently?
• Are there better alternatives out there for professional bettors, especially those using Unibet as their main book?

Would love to hear your experiences and suggestions — at this price point, this kind of drop in quality is a serious concern.
