Hello, my name is **Omar Talbi** ;

With over five years of dedicated experience in security and management, my professional journey began as a Security Operator Surveillance Technician (SOP®) at the Central Security Post (CSP®) of ManageTech Franchise Fnac Darty at Mall Of Sousse. There, I honed my technical expertise through specialized training and hands-on operational experience.

Throughout my career, I have developed a multidisciplinary skill set that blends physical security operations, business and financial management, and a solid understanding of legal and social matters. This diverse foundation has empowered me to navigate complex challenges whether managing sensitive legal matters or leading specialized security teams in dynamic, high-risk environments.

Currently, I serve as a Security Operations Manager (SOM®) at Bank of Tunisia and the Emirates (BTE). In this role, I oversee the protection of people, assets, and operations, ensuring operational excellence through structured coordination, strategic leadership, and clear communication.

I am also the founder and owner of Lexon Secure, a specialized brand dedicated to advancing the security industry through expert insights, operational excellence, and innovation. Lexon Secure will officially launch soon, with services focused on training, consulting, operational audits, and high-quality media content that empowers organizations and professionals to stay ahead of evolving risks.

I am committed to fostering a safe, professional, and empowering environment, one that upholds the highest standards in security operations while also developing the next generation of leaders in the field.

Sincerely,

The Security Operations Manager I Omar Talbi
