Have the texture (art?) for the board shorts changed? They feel way longer then they used to

I have a character that uses the board shorts in one of their outfits, it looked cute and was relatively functional for the summer season. Now it looks long and chunky (and way different from its icon in the store) does anyone know if this is a recent change? i know Vrel has been updating some of the older clothing items.
