Cannabis prescription

I got a flight booked for Phuket on the 15th. I’m going to be staying around Kata and Patong

Any idea where I can get a cannabis prescription/medical card? I keep hearing how it’s still not enforced and a 30-60 day grace period is in effect.

Just wanted to be prepared for all scenarios.

Some recommended shops would be appreciated.
