Post-season drama aside, Why was Ali so rude to Khaled in the house?

Haven't watched the show before, so I'm not sure if it's normal for a contestant to pick on someone for no reason at all. But it was genuinely bizzare how rude she was to Khaled for no reason whatsoever.

Now with what's happened after the show ended, I think she was right and Khaled is indeed fake, the way Mr Nice Guy had no problem cooking up a bs story about her and to bully her online was fucked up.

But still, the way she targeted him and bullied him was so off. Besides a few arguments she lets Nathan off pretty lightly in the show despite the fact that he's a literal Farage supporter, while butting heads with Khaled, Emma and Marcello. If anything she was friends with him and made that weird "I'm not like the other girls" comment. What gives?
