I have anxiety when i’m alone with my child

My anxiety is so bad when i am home alone with my 16 month old baby. I feel my head tightening and my hands sweaty. I think that I’m going to faint and i’m scared of what is going to happen with my baby if I’m unconscious. My husband will not be home for at least three weeks. Please help what to do
