GATE EE vs ECE vs CS - where should I give my focus? or prepare for Jobs?

I am 2022 graduate from EE branch. I also got placed in IT on that year and then in end of 2023 I was laid of with 1500 workers. I have wasted my money and time on 2024 by joining some random coding bootcamps and ended up learning nothing, my fault. Now I am confused, in march 2025 I started studying CS as have some idea about programming, dsa and dbms but after 2 months I lost my motivation as I am getting old and financial constraints are coming up. I recently started studying Engineering maths and QA, and also studying signal and systems, I am not sure but it seems like I am enjoying it.
In my btech days, I was not good at core electrical subjects. I enjoy analog electronics and control systems and little bit of power electronics staff.
Whatever I do, I have to start from scratch and building up. Higher studies is something I want but situation pushing me towards to get a job, I am not interested in IT sector.
In my opinion, a bank clerk job or any govt clerk job low paying is much better than those IT jobs.
Full dilemma. Any suggestions?
