Need advice: Shift from IIM Bodh Gaya to IIM Nagpur after Orientation?

Hey everyone, I’m in a bit of a dilemma and could use some advice.

I joined IIM Bodh Gaya recently and today was our orientation program. Things seemed to be settling in when, right after the orientation, I received a mail that I’ve been selected for IIM Nagpur.

I checked with IIM Bodh Gaya and they confirmed that if I leave now, I won’t be getting any refund of the ₹3.5 lakh I paid for the first term.

Now I’m confused— Should I let go of the ₹3.5 lakh and move to IIM Nagpur or stay at IIM Bodh Gaya?

Both are new-generation IIMs, but IIM Nagpur seems to have a slightly better average package and exposure. On the other hand, losing ₹3.5 lakh is a big hit.

Would switching be worth it in the long run? Has anyone faced something similar? Would really appreciate any thoughts, experiences, or guidance.
