Hygiene worries about my water bottle

Hey. Last night I was at a show and put my water bottle on the ground and it tipped on its side by the end of the show and I’m worried now that I specifically stepped on that part of the ground and made my bottle dirty and then drank from it. I have no proof or memory of stepping specifically where it was, but it’s been causing me a lot of anxiety.

Something that helps is to think, “if this was court, would this hold up?” And if the answer is no, then I try and let it go. I just struggle because I don’t really care if other people walked there, it’s just that if I contaminated it personally and didn’t do everything in my power to fix it I feel awful.
