More ebikers are riding on pavements

Ebikers are supposed to be on the roads but it seems that more and more of them are no longer afraid to use the pavements.

Food delivery companies can easily audit these riders by looking at their delivery speed.

LTA can also audit those companies but why aren't they doing it? Is the govt closing two eyes so that those riders have a job?
