Microdermal and heat help

I have mircrodermals in my hip that are 5 years old. Sorry if this is a bit of a stupid question but I am going somewhere that is 100 degrees + and I am worried about how this might affect my microdermals. My parents told me they will heat up and cause internal burns which is giving me huge amounts of anxiety. Does anyone have any experience of microdermals in high heat? How likely is this to happen and what can I do to prevent it? I don’t have enough time to get them removed before I go. Any advice would be great!
