Aftermarket car electric AC, is it possible and suggestions?

Hi i have lada samara 1.5 without ac. I went on youtube and the best solution i found is chinese electric ac kit from ebay. The video i watched made it look like its pretty doable on any car. Does anyone had experience with those and if you could suggest whats the best one to buy? Thanks.
