Questions about Field Researchers

I’m thinking of going to work as Field Researcher (Survey Interviewer) at HK Disneyland once I got my certificate, I know the languages needed and I’ll probably be walking around the park asking guests questions. My question is do these researchers need to be “in character” in whatever land they’ll be in? It’s constant acting right? To not break the magic while also doing survey? Because I have acting experience and think I can handle it. Thanks for all the replies, they help a lot!
