when is she rerunning?

soooo i made a new acc (old acc was stolen loll) and im wondering when is she coming back. i really RLLY like her since im fond of elf-like characters. what supports can i pull for her rn? is it worth it to assemble her team first or save everything for her? all in all, how do i prepare for her as a new player PLS HELPPP
