Need help with monitor disconnecting issue

Hey all, i have a weird issue with my new PC. When i play a game and Alt-Tab to my browser sometimes my screen suddenly disconnects and i cant find a way to bring it back other than restarting my PC. This never happened to me with my previous PC and i dont understand whats going on. Any tips would be really appreciated. My spces are:

• Asus gaming AMD B850-E motherboard
• Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU
• Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX9070 XT GPU
• Dell U2723QE monitor
