Need suggestions for taking loan from bank

I have taken loan by helping of my known agent from a reputed bank. I asked initially about the commission so he mentioned no commission from customer, we get from bank. Now after closing all the process and after amount debited in my account. He is asking for large amount which is not possible for me to pay.

I need suggestions how a loan agents work with bank or how they get the commission on each files ?
