Zepbound 5.0 denied randomly?

I just got denied for my second box of 5.0 and I’m so confused. Apparently my insurance is refusing to cover and I’m just so confused what the issue is. Is this due to the CVS Zepbound issue? Or has anyone had their insurance be weird about a refill?

Left a message for my doctor since my insurance won’t even let me refill until 4 days before my next dose. So stressful!
