Construction lenders in Maine

Hey Maine friends,

This hasn’t been as simple as a Google search so I’m looking for help directly from the source or someone with experience!

Are there any banks in Maine, reputable national options, or “local” lenders out of state (that do business in Maine of course) that offer a two time close/standalone construction loan?
