How to dispute refund?

Traveled last week and my flight from Houston to Philadelphia was delayed 7 hours and then canceled. I canceled the flight and requested a refund for that leg of my journey.

I got a $10 refund for a $370, in total, flight. How can I dispute this?

$10 seems comical.
