Made a AI customer support chatbot that answers from your website content / docs — free testers wanted

Hey all — I’ve been working solo on a little tool that I think could save a lot of SaaS teams / Solo Developers a bunch of time (and maybe some headaches too).

If you’ve ever had users asking the same support questions over and over — and wished your site could just answer them automatically — you’ll get the idea.

It’s called Suporto, and it creates a custom AI chatbot for your website, trained on your existing content: your website, your PDFs, even your tone of voice.

It works like this:

- You drop in your website URL and docs (PDF/TXT)

- It builds a knowledge base and trains a GPT-powered assistant

- You customize its tone (friendly, casual, professional)

- Then you install it with a single script tag — and it starts answering for you

You can also track what people ask, see what gets answered (or not), and identify gaps in your content — so the bot gets smarter over time.
