In debt and spiralling out of control

I’ve never used Reddit before but I’m desperate for some advice, please take pity on me!

I’m currently around £10,500 in debt and I’m clueless on how to deal with it.

Here’s what I owe:

Barclays Credit Card: £3,700 Nationwide Overdraft: £2,500 Virgin Money Credit Card: £1,400 Creation Finance: £1000 Marbles Credit Card: £800 Klarna: £700 PayPal: £400

They all have various APR% and endless terms and conditions which I don’t understand.

Would I be better to consolidate this by using a company like updraft? (a friend recommended this).
